Tortang Talong with Giniling and Skyflakes


   2 gloves garlic, minced
   1 small onion, diced
   1 small egg beaten
   Salt and pepper to taste
   1/2 kilo ground pork
   3 pieces eggplant
   1 piece skyflakes biscuit
   Cooking oil

  1. Grill eggplant in a stove.When cool down peel of the skin carefully set aside.
  2 .In a frying pan, saute garlic and onion then add ground pork until tender and slightly brown.
  3. Beat egg in a bowl put a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Lay the eggplant put the ground pork add the crumbs of skyflakes it adds flavor,Put some egg.
  5. Preheat the pan,hold the stem of the eggplant then fry until golden brown both side.
  6. Serve hot with plain rice and ketchup.Enjoy Eating!:)



  1. A must try eggplants though my daughter wouldn't like it but who cares, she can have the egg part hahaha :D
