Pancakes with Hot Chocolate



Ingredients:
2 boxes hotcake mix
1 small egg
2 cups water
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 sachet swiss chocolate

Preparation:
In a bowl,add egg stir then put the hotcake mixture and water stir until smooth.
Blend in melted butter.Cook in a hot grease using butter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbly and lightly brown on a bottom turn and brown the other side.Serve with hot chocolate the kids will surely love it!Enjoy

Miswa Soup with Patola









Miswa soup is a long slender wheat noodles from the Philippines.Affordable easy to cook delicious and nutritious.


Ingredients:
1 piece minced garlic
1 small onion minced
4 cups water stock
1 cup ground pork
1 plastick Miswa noodles
Patola sliced
Cooking oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Heat oil in a casserole,saute garlic and onion.Add the ground meat stir well until meat is browned.
Add  water bring to boil for about 2 minutes then put the miswa noodles and let the slices patola absorb the juice from the ground meat .Season with salt.Miswa noodles absorb a lot of water do not over cooked.Serve hot with matching Fried Bangus.

Tortang Talong with Ground Pork










Ingredients:
4 pieces eggplant
2 pieces egg,medium
1 piece onion,minced
2 pieces garlic,diced
Salt to taste
1/4 ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
Cooking oil

Procedure:
1.Grill the eggplants until blackened,Let it cool then peel the skins gently.
2.Heat the oil in a pan.Saute the onion,garlic.Add the ground pork in,saute until cooked salt to taste.
3.Set aside the eggplants.
4.In a bowl beat the eggs then add the eggplants in a bowl use fork mash the meat of the eggplants.Add the pork mixture coated well with eggs.
5.Sprinkle the bread crumbs.Set aside
6.Heat oil in medium heat put the eggplant mixture.Turn the eggplants over once until turns brown.
7.Transfer to serving dish immediately serve.
