Native Snack Palitaw



Ingredients:
 2 cups malagkit rice
 1  cup water
 1 cup sugar
 1 cup grated coconut
 1 cup linga sesame seeds,toasted

Procedure:
1.Combine malagkit rice and 1 cup water
2.Shape the malagkit rice into small balls, use hands flatten the balls
3.Drop palitaw balls in boiling water
4.When the balls start to float,remove them
5.Mix sugar and grated coconut
6.Serve with toasted linga seed.

Homemade Tasty Bread Pizza

    

Ingredients:
 1 pouch (115 g) pizza sauce
 Quickmelt  cheese,grated
 6 pcs.Tasty bread
 1/4 sliced ham
 1 small  onion,thinly sliced
 1  can sliced mushroom
 1 can pineapple tidbits

Cooking procedure:
  Preheat the oven toaster for 4-5 minutes.Spread the pizza sauce over the bread,top with sliced onion,ham,mushroom and pineapple tidbits.Sprinkle with cheese.Baked in preheated oven toaster until cheese melts.Serve

Garlic Buttered Shrimp



Ingredients:
 1 pound shrimp 
 1/4 cup butter or margarine
 3 gloves garlic minced
 1 teaspoon flour
 1/2 cup water

Cooking procedure:
Melt the butter in low heat saute the garlic until golden brown then add the fresh shrimp
until they turn pink add flour dissolve in water simmer for 2 minutes.Do not over cooked shrimp.Serve with rice.

Simply Delicious Meal







Ingredients:
  1/2  kilo liempo
  1 teaspoon salt 
  2 pcs. eggplant
  1/2 cup  vinegar
   2 tbsp.soy sauce
   3 gloves crushed garlic




 Procedure:
  Marinate liempo in soy sauce and  calamansi, garlic refrigerate for 2 hours.Heat grill to medium and grill the liempo,eggplant until thoroughly cooked.Served with vinegar with crushed garlic.
