Creamy Brownies
















Ingredients:
1 box maya brownies
1/4 melted butter
1 tbsp.water
2 pieces goya chocolate melted
2 pieces egg beaten
1 piece aluminum baking pan

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven  toaster for around 5 minutes
2. Melt the butter and goya chocolate set aside.
3. Beat the egg
4. Put the maya brownies in a bowl add the butter,egg,water mixing well after each addition until thicken.
5. Used aluminum pan for baking.Do not over cooked the brownies
6. Bake for 10 minutes until cooked then add the melted goya chocolate sprinkle with small candies let it cool
7. Cut brownies into bars to serve.

Rellenong Pusit





Ingredients:
3 large squids,cleaned
1/4 ground pork
1 medium carrot,cut into small cube
1 medium onion,minced
1 medium tomato,diced
2 cloves garlic,minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup flour
Cooking oil
2 pieces kalamansi

Cooking Procedure:
1.Combine squid,soy sauce and kalamansi marinade for 30 minutes
2.Heat the pan pour in the cooking oil
3.Saute garlic,tomato,onion then add the ground pork cook until turns brown.
4.Turn off the heat let it cool .
5.Put the ground pork inside the squid insert toothpick at the opening of the squid to secure the filling.
6.Dip the squid in beaten egg and dredge in flour.Set aside
7.Fry the squid then Serve.
Tip: Do not overcook the squid so it will remain tender.

Yummy Pandesal




 


Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp.salt
1/4 butter,melted
1 pouch yeast
1 piece egg
1 tbsp.cooking oil
2 cups fresh milk
1/3 cup white sugar

Procedure:
In a bowl,mix together sugar,salt and cooking oil egg slightly beaten,melted butter.Blend well.Add the yeast and flour continue mixing until stick on the side of the bowl.Set aside then form it into ball.Brush surface of dough with  oil,cover with a damp cloth.Roll it in floured board into 1 diameter strips let rise for 15 minutes then cut into 1 and 1/2 pieces.Preheat  the oven at 425F.Reduce heat 375F when you put the pandesal.Bake until slightly brown.Serve with coffee or chocolate.

Cheng loves to bake and because of her TLE subject she learned new recipe.Perfect for breakfast matched with coffee or  hot chocolate.

Lugaw with Dila ng Baboy



Ingredients:
1 cup rice
5 cups water
1 small onion.sliced
1 egg
1 cloves garlic,minced
1 ginger sliced
salt and pepper

Dila:
1/2 kilo dila ng baboy,sliced
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp.brown sugar
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp.salt


Procedure:
Put the rice in a casserole then add the water simmer.Then saute the garlic,ginger add the cooked rice
Season with salt let it boil for twenty minutes add the egg stir constanly set aside.Boil dila together with onion salt  until tender then mix the soy sauce,vinegar,sugar stir.Serve while hot.

Pesang Bangus


Ingredients:
3 slices milk fish (cleaned)
1 bunch pechay
1tsp.salt
1 onion sliced
1 ginger minced
3 cups rice water

Procedure:
Put the rice water  in a casserole add the ginger and onion bring to boil.Add the slices of milk fish simmer for about 4 minutes add the pechay or cabbage  season with salt cover that's it easy and simple dish.

Calderetang Spareribs



Ingredients:
1 kilo Pork Spareribs cut into serving pieces
2 medium potatoes cut into cubes
1 small bell pepper
1 tsp.pepper
1  sachet tomato sauce
1 tbsp.soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion sliced
1 tbsp.cooking oil
1/2 cup grated cheese

Procedure:
1.Saute the garlic,onion in cooking oil then put the spareribs simmer until tender.
2.Add pepper,soy sauce and tomato sauce,bell pepper cover and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
3.Add the grated cheese and potatoes simmer until sauce thicken.Serve while hot.

Sinigang na Bangus sa Bayabas



Ingredients:
1 kilo bangus cut diagonally
1/2 kilo ripe bayabas peeled
1 piece onoin sliced
1 bundle sitaw
1 piece patola
1 tsp.salt
2 cups water
2 pieces siling green

Cooking Procedure:
Put bayabas in a casserole add  water make sure you removed the seeds mash it  use strainer.Let it simmer until the bayabas soften then put the onion,bangus let it boil  add the sitaw,patola and siling green cover and simmer  for 2 minutes.Serve with rice.

Dinuguan

Ingredients:
1 kilo kasim pork
2 cups pig's blood
3 tbsp.cooking oil
2 cloves garlic,minced
1  onion,sliced
1  tomato,sliced
1  pork broth cube
1 tsp.pepper
1 cup vinegar
2 pieces siling green

Cooking Procedure:
Heat oil then saute the garlic,onion,tomato add  the pork stir simmer for 30 minutes until the pork is tender.Then put the  pepper,pork broth cube and vinegar let it boil cover the pan.Add the pork blood,siling green  mix well  boil for around 20 minutes.Serve with puto or rice.

Steam Lapulapu with Mayonnaise



Ingredients:
1 piece whole fresh  lapulapu
2 tablespoons butter,melted
Salt and pepper to taste
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 cup  sweet pickles,minced
1 small carrot,cooked and chopped
2 onions finely sliced

Procedure:
Clean the whole fish,Rub with salt and pepper.Add butter,Steam lapulapu until cooked.
Let it cool for an hour.Spread mayonnaise on both sides add the eggs,sweet pickles,chopped carrot
and onions sliced.

Sinigang na Baka sa Bayabas




Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Beef
1/4 kilo Bayabas/guavas (peeled)
1 stalk sitaw cut
1 onion sliced
2 cups of water
strainer
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Boil the beef,onion until tender.Add the peeled bayabas/guava.Cover and  let it cook for around 20 minutes.Using a strainer  filter the bayabas/guava seeds add sitaw and salt simmer.

Native Snack Palitaw



Ingredients:
 2 cups malagkit rice
 1  cup water
 1 cup sugar
 1 cup grated coconut
 1 cup linga sesame seeds,toasted

Procedure:
1.Combine malagkit rice and 1 cup water
2.Shape the malagkit rice into small balls, use hands flatten the balls
3.Drop palitaw balls in boiling water
4.When the balls start to float,remove them
5.Mix sugar and grated coconut
6.Serve with toasted linga seed.

Homemade Tasty Bread Pizza

    

Ingredients:
 1 pouch (115 g) pizza sauce
 Quickmelt  cheese,grated
 6 pcs.Tasty bread
 1/4 sliced ham
 1 small  onion,thinly sliced
 1  can sliced mushroom
 1 can pineapple tidbits

Cooking procedure:
  Preheat the oven toaster for 4-5 minutes.Spread the pizza sauce over the bread,top with sliced onion,ham,mushroom and pineapple tidbits.Sprinkle with cheese.Baked in preheated oven toaster until cheese melts.Serve

Garlic Buttered Shrimp



Ingredients:
 1 pound shrimp 
 1/4 cup butter or margarine
 3 gloves garlic minced
 1 teaspoon flour
 1/2 cup water

Cooking procedure:
Melt the butter in low heat saute the garlic until golden brown then add the fresh shrimp
until they turn pink add flour dissolve in water simmer for 2 minutes.Do not over cooked shrimp.Serve with rice.

Simply Delicious Meal







Ingredients:
  1/2  kilo liempo
  1 teaspoon salt 
  2 pcs. eggplant
  1/2 cup  vinegar
   2 tbsp.soy sauce
   3 gloves crushed garlic




 Procedure:
  Marinate liempo in soy sauce and  calamansi, garlic refrigerate for 2 hours.Heat grill to medium and grill the liempo,eggplant until thoroughly cooked.Served with vinegar with crushed garlic.
