Chicken Arrozcaldo



Ingredients: 
1/2 kilo chicken wings or thighs
1 cup uncooked rice (Malagkit rice)
1 liter water
2 tbsp.fish sauce
2 gloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
Ginger peeled,1/4 inches
 Pepper to taste
Cooking oil
1 piece chicken broth cubes

Procedure:
Heat cooking oil in a casserole then saute the garlic,onion,ginger.Put in the chicken cook until turns golden brown. Add fish sauce and pepper to taste and uncooked rice then mix and cook for a few minutes.Pour in water bring to boil.Stir ocassionally and simmer until rice is fully cooked.Add chicken broth bring to boil.
Serve hot with tofu,lemon or egg.Share and enjoy! :)

  1. My arroz caldo always comes out really soggy and overcooked. Yours look good! How long did you cook it?
