Ginisang Sayote at Pritong Galunggong

1 gloves garlic,chopped
1 medium onion,sliced
1 small tomato,chopped
50g ground pork
1 piece Knorr shrimp cubes
1/4 cup water
Cooking oil
4 pieces galunggong fish

How to cook:
In a casserole saute garlic,onion,tomato.Add in pork until turn golden brown.
Then put the shrimp cubes, add sayote and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Pour in water and simmer until sayote is tender.Do not over cooked.No need
to add salt because the shrimp cubes gives taste already.In a seperate pan,fry
the fish serve immediately with white rice.Enjoy your meal.
