              Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Eating breakfast helps you to have a great day.It gives our bodies nutrition and energy.Skipping  breakfast often leads to overeating at some point later.What are you waiting for sit down and enjoy this meal :)

  5. anlaki ng ngiti ko.. those are my daily breakfast! hehe.. not all at the same time but all of those I eat all the time.. I am a breakfast person and I should eat heavy all the time. :)

    1. Ako naman po madalang mag rice usually Pandesal with butter/cheese or liver spread at coffee lang solve na ko.Dapat naman talaga nag eat tayo ng breakfast para may energy tayo the whole day:)
