Chicken Afritada







 
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken cut into parts
3 pieces ng potato peeled and cut into cubes
1 small garlic minced
1 small tomato chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1 red bell pepper
Salt and pepper
2 cups water
Cooking oil

Cooking Procedure:
1.In a casserole heat oil, saute the garlic,tomato,onion
2.Add chicken cover let it simmer for around 10 minutes
3.Pour the tomato sauce then add water bring to boil until chicken is cooked
4.Add in potatoes,bell pepper season
5.Season with salt and pepper,simmer for an additional minutes
6.Serve hot with rice.
