Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 gloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup water
Cooking procedure:
Melt the butter in low heat saute the garlic until golden brown then add the fresh shrimp
until they turn pink add flour dissolve in water simmer for 2 minutes.Do not over cooked shrimp.Serve with rice.
Oh, just what I need with my slow attempt to give up red meat. I love shrimps! :)
