Ingredients:
2 boxes hotcake mix
1 small egg
2 cups water
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 sachet swiss chocolate
Preparation:
In a bowl,add egg stir then put the hotcake mixture and water stir until smooth.
Blend in melted butter.Cook in a hot grease using butter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbly and lightly brown on a bottom turn and brown the other side.Serve with hot chocolate the kids will surely love it!Enjoy

Oh, I love pancakes! But I think the pancakes there are a little singed... they should be golden brown instead of dark brown. :) But when the sides of the pancakes do burn, they become crispy and they're still yummy, hehe!
